Vandalism Repairs – Many attacked machines can be repaired on site. TRL operate a fast response service which can bring a machine back into service at a single visit, on most occasions.

This is achieved by our experienced engineers operating with a full van kit for the target machine. Where necessary, TRL send two engineers to site to ensure the fastest possible single visit fix. TRL carry a high inventory level of spare parts and are self-sufficient in most cases.

Preventative Maintenance – High volume transaction machines require a higher level of service to maintain reliable availability. This may well be stating the obvious but it is surprising how little preventative maintenance is actually performed in the field.
