With the introduction of Multi Vendor Software, ATM operators have needed to take more direct control over field activity, from installation and commissioning through to maintenance and field support.

TRL provide service on several fronts.

We currently receive new equipment from factory, load customer owned software and pre-commission the ATM. This process eliminates the majority of early life failures with a final test prior to installation.TRL then transport the ATM to site with our own vehicles and crews, position and install the machine to the point of network connection.

Provided the network services are installed and viable, our engineer commissions the ATM through an on-line connection with the host, being the proof of viability. The machine is then cash-ready without delay. If the network service is not available at that time, a TRL engineer is booked for
 the earliest opportunity.

By taking responsibility through the full process, TRL are able to provide a seamless service, eliminating delays and misunderstandings between separate contractors.
This same process is provided with equipment that has been refurbished and re-sited through the TRL service.

Building Services – The independents especially, are now looking for the single source contractor who can provide electrical installations and physically prepare the site for the ATM equipment.

The same applies, but to a lesser extent, to the Banks and Building Societies. Remote sites require a very different approach to Branch sites and effective project management is essential.

TRL have introduced Project Management and building services into the portfolio through 2005 and 2006, following the demand from our customers. Although this service was specific to certain customers, we have now reached the level where we can confidently offer this as an established service.
